Please note: Warranty support covers manufacturing faults or faulty workmanship only, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Lost, damaged or replacement parts due to misuse are not covered under warranty and will incur a $20 replacement fee.
Replacement Controllers & Parts
If your electric blanket is outside of warranty, selected replacement parts may still be available.

Electric Blanket Safety Information
All electric blankets sold in Australia must comply with strict safety standards to meet applicable Australian electrical safety standards.
Problems and incidents are most commonly caused by misuse, wear and tear, or blankets that have not been checked regularly for damage.
Safe Use Guidelines
* Plug controllers directly into a wall socket
Do not use power boards, timers, extension cords or adaptors.
* Always read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
* Use electric blankets as an under blanket only, unless specifically designed for over-blanket use.
* Do not use with waterbeds, adjustable beds or electric operated beds.
* Never use pins, as they may damage internal wiring.
* Never fold, crease, tuck under the mattress, or extend under pillows while in use.
* Avoid placing clothing or heavy items on top of an electric blanket when switched on.
* Always switch off and unplug after use.
* Never use when wet or damp.
* Not recommended for babies, pets, or individuals sensitive to heat.
Electric Blanket Care
To extend the life of your blanket:
* Only wash if the care instructions indicate it is washable.
* Never dry clean unless specified by the manufacturer.
* Store by gently rolling, never folding.
* Inspect yearly for:
* scorch marks
* kinks or creases
* lumpiness
* damaged cords or controllers
* Test blankets before winter use.
* Smooth the blanket flat when fitting to the mattress.
* Avoid twisting or straining power cords.
* Turn the blanket off before getting into bed and avoid leaving on overnight.
If your blanket is damaged or more than 3 years old, we recommend replacement.
Heated Throw Safety Information
Electric heated throws should always be used with care.
Safe Use Guidelines
* Plug directly into a wall socket only.
* Use as an over blanket, not an under blanket.
* Do not use in bed or while sleeping.
* Never use folded, bunched or creased.
* Do not use when wet or damp.
* Remove the controller before washing.
* Do not cover the controller during use.
* Avoid use for babies, pets, or people sensitive to heat.
* Store by gently rolling, not folding.
If your heated throw is damaged or more than 3 years old, replacement is recommended.
